branding
Branding is the perceived emotional corporate image as a whole, or the promise of an experience. Because branding is a corporate image, it involves every action, every visual element and all other aspects form the brand. A company can try to form the foundation for the branding, but only the audience can really make the brand what it is. In the image below, I have created one example of an e-mail marketing tactic for the restaurant Russell's Corner.

Disney is one of the most well executed, long-lasting uses of branding in modern history. The consistency of the various forms of branding is what has made this company so successful. Audiences have built up a sense of trust and people know what to expect when they come in contact with anything that Disney produces.
